(Former name: Tianjin sharpening stone factory) was founded in January 1958, is a professional sharpening stones manufacturer with 61 years’ production history. Its products are widely used in the grinding and polishing of car, diesel locomotive, ship, petroleum machinery, mould and other industries. Since 1958, it is 61 years HongBaoShi has been working only for honing stone, dressing diamond-wheel stone, grinding points.
Honing oil stone, reticulated oil stone, is the leading product of our factory. With the development of diamond products in the 1980s and 1990s, the use of silicon carbide ceramics gradually is decreased, but the superior of silicon carbide can not be replaced by diamond. It can reduce the tearing when processing and metal folding defects of the inner hole surface of cylinder liner. In recent years, with the quality of automobile Emissions has been upgraded, the advantages of silicon carbide are highlighted again. The silicon carbide sand bar produced by our factory has partly replaced the products that import. At present, it has met the high-end mesh requirements of world famous brands such as Cummins, Steyr, Daimler, Ivico and Ford.
